Mrs. Roxann Ramsey-Caserio
Dear North Ridgeville Families,
Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! It is difficult to believe that this will be my fifth academic year as the superintendent for the North Ridgeville City Schools. I am proud of the progress the district has made and none of the educational growth would be possible without our dedicated staff members.
We have made great strides in our schools, ranging from offering more academic and extracurricular courses at the high school and middle school, to improvements in test scores, and increasing the graduation rate.
Although it is rewarding to review our accomplishments of the past, NRCS continues to evaluate how we can evolve as a district. This includes continuing to improve on a culture where everyone belongs, increasing academic and extracurricular course offerings, and retaining and hiring high-quality educators.
The vision of NRCS is “Empowering students to design their preferred future.” Our educators strongly believe in the vision and strive to inspire and encourage students to become the best version of themselves. With this in mind, I look forward to seeing our students grow academically and socially this year.
I thank you for your time and continued support of our schools!
Sincerely,
Roxann Ramsey-Caserio
Superintendent
