Registration in Four Easy Steps
Step One: Pre-Registration for New Students
You will need a computer to pre-register with North Ridgeville City Schools. If you do not have a computer at home, the North Ridgeville Branch Library has computers with printing capability available.

Step Two: Print Registration Checklist and Forms
In order to complete your student’s registration, all required/applicable documents outlined within the Registration Requirements Form must be brought with you to your registration appointment. If you do not have all of the required/applicable documents, your appointment may be rescheduled. All documents must be officially translated into English. It is the parent/guardian responsibility to provide officially translated documents to the North Ridgeville City School District.

Below is the list of forms described in the Registration Requirements Form above. Please print all applicable forms, along with the Registration Checklist and bring them to your enrollment appointment.
Other Required Documents:
- Photo Identification for Parent/Guardian
- Birth Certificate
- Minimum two proofs of residency (must be postmarked within 30 days of appointment)
- Custody documents (if applicable -- divorce decree, shared parenting plan, journal entry, etc.)
- Academic Records including report card/transcript
- IEP/ETR (if applicable)
- Immunization records*
*Students entering 7th Grade must complete the Certificate of Immunization. Students entering 12th grade must complete the Meningococcal Vaccination Requirement.
*Incoming student athletes must complete the High School Athletic Transfer Form.
Step Three: Collect Documents
Please review the list of required registration documents. You must bring ALL applicable documents to your appointment. If you do not have all required documents at the time of your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
Step Four: Meet with NRCS Representative
If you have obtained all of the required documents listed within the Registration Checklist, it is time to meet with a representative from North Ridgeville City Schools. To schedule an appointment, please call (440) 327-4444.
Registration is by appointment only.
The registration process will not be considered complete until all of the required documents are provided at the time of the scheduled registration process.
*Only legal residents who are the parent or legal guardian of the child may complete the in person registration process. All certified court orders pertaining to guardianship and custody must be presented at the time of registration.
