Senate Bill 288
In January 2023, Governor Mike DeWine signed Senate Bill 288 into law mandating that school districts notify parents/guardians about the required curriculum on child sexual abuse and sexual violence prevention. The district will provide this one-class period of instruction during the month of January. Building principals will send the date and content of the instruction via email before winter break begins.
