One Vision, One North Ridgeville: Issue 6 and Issue 28.
On November 8, 2022, two issues will appear on the ballot for consideration by the residents of North Ridgeville that will completely transform the community. Successful passage of both issues 6 and 28 will lead to the construction of:
1. A new high school, elementary school, dedicated space for Ranger High Tech Academy, a performing arts center and a transportation and maintenance facility to be funded through a bond issue.
2. A community center attached to the high school containing recreation facilities including a field house with indoor track, an aquatic center, a fitness center and a senior center to be funded through an income tax levy.
By passing these transformative issues, the North Ridgeville Community will save over $18 million compared to completing these projects separately.
Both Issue 6 and Issue 28 must both pass to realize this plan.
