He served as a consultant for educational technology integration for the Educational Service Center of Lorain County and was also the curriculum technology coordinator for the Avon City Schools. Hieronymus received a Bachelor of Science degree in special education from The University of Akron and also holds a master’s degree in technology education.

The Board approved the hiring of Heather Miller as the coordinator of curriculum and instruction. This new position supports district-wide curriculum initiatives. Miller is currently a consultant for the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio, a position she has held since 2016.

Miller is also currently an adjunct professor at Notre Dame College, teaching undergraduate courses in education and early literacy. From 2013-2016, Miller served as the director of curriculum and instruction for the Euclid City Schools. Miller received a Bachelor of Science in education and Master of Education degrees, both from Ashland University.

Lastly, the Board approved Dana Eggers to fill the new role of coordinator of pupil personnel. Eggers is currently the autism program director for the Geauga County Educational Service Center, a position she has held since 2010. Eggers received a Bachelor of Science in hearing and speech sciences from Ohio University, a Master of Arts in speech language pathology from Kent State University, and her Pupil Services Personnel Licensure from Cleveland State University.

Their collective experience will bring new ideas to the table as we continue to address our district’s growth.”
